Automated Messaging Product Spotlight FirstPAGE™ Industrial Automated Messaging SeQent’s FirstPAGE (FP) Industrial Automated Messaging product family provides a high-volume automated messaging platform that publishes text and voice data in real-time to a wide range of communication devices. FirstPAGE offers a generic interface to a multitude of messaging platforms, enabling simplified communication and configuration. With support for many output protocols or platforms including email, SMS, databases, voice and two-way radios, combined with various connectivity options (serial, modem, TCP/IP, databases), FirstPAGE allows for a vast combination of custom implementations. This innovative and cost-effective product enables messaging to the right people at the right time with features such as automated failover provider paths, connection management, time zone configuration, schedule configuration, distribution lists, and more. Product Family The FirstPAGE product family includes various components that provide a complete high volume text messaging ecosystem. The FirstPAGE Server is the core of the FirstPAGE automated messaging product family. FirstPAGE Server Provides a centralized interface to multiple messaging providers and implements distribution lists, scheduling, queuing, automated failover provider paths, and connection management. SeQent Announces the Expansion of Wi-Fi Messenger™ to include full support of iOS 11, Android 8, and Android Notifications on Smart Watches. SeQent, the leading provider of innovative Real‑Time Wireless Alarm & Event Notification and ANDON-Industrial Digital Signage solutions is announcing that as of June 2018, they have expanded their Wi-Fi Messenger solution to include full support for iOS 11, Android 8, and Android Notifications on Smart Watches. SeQent’s Wi-Fi Messenger solution provides an instantaneous, secure and reliable Wi-Fi messaging delivery system that eliminates mobile carrier coverage dependency. Without the requirement of a sim card and carrier contract, Wi-Fi Messenger will reduce costs and maximize efficiency with its rapid delivery rate. Support of iOS 11 The Wi-Fi Messenger Client for iOS provides a native iOS application for sending and receiving Wi-Fi Messenger alerts over a Wi-Fi or carrier network. The latest integration is with FactoryTalk® Alarms and Events (A&E) and includes full two-way support for acknowledging Alarms. FirstPAGE Alarm Manager Gateway for FactoryTalk A&E forwards device & server tag-based Alarms from Rockwell’s FactoryTalk A&E to FirstPAGE Alarm Manager Server for processing. Alarm information such as Alarm name and trigger are all available for message composition and can be proactively sent to MOTOTRBO™ digital radios, Zebra Workforce Connect clients, pagers, PC’s, and smartphones.
